Terms of service
Last updated: [date]. Draft prepared October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name, registered address] (“ClickMesh”, “we”, “us”) for the use of ClickMesh, including the app at https://app.clickmesh.app, tracking links, postback endpoints and the analytics script. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you use ClickMesh for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up information.
- Keep your login secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- We may limit the number of free accounts per person or business.
2. The service
ClickMesh records clicks on tracking links, receives conversion postbacks, records website visits through our script, receives Stripe payment events you connect, and reports revenue, cost and profit. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the service until we release them, and we do not promise release dates.
Tracking figures can differ from the figures reported by ad platforms, affiliate networks or payment providers, because of ad blockers, bot filtering, time zones, delayed postbacks and other causes. Use ClickMesh as one input to your decisions, not as the only one.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which processes your payment and handles applicable sales taxes. Its terms also apply to the purchase.
- Plans are billed monthly, or annually if you choose annual billing (priced at ten times the monthly price). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel in one click from your settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; [confirm: paid features remain until the end of the current billing period].
- Refunds: [decide the refund policy before launch].
- We do not charge overage. Each plan has monthly limits for tracked clicks and pageviews. At 100% of a limit we show a banner. We keep recording up to 150%. Beyond that, your links keep redirecting but new clicks or pageviews are not recorded until you upgrade or the next monthly period starts.
- We do not sell paid support. Email support is available on every plan.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
4. Acceptable use policy
You may not use ClickMesh, including our tracking domains, to:
- Cloak: show ad reviewers, crawlers or moderators different content from what real visitors see, or route visitors based on whether they appear to be a reviewer.
- Evade ad review or the policies of any ad platform or traffic source, for example by swapping destinations after approval or hiding the final landing page.
- Phish: collect passwords, payment details or personal data under false pretences, or impersonate another person, brand or organisation.
- Distribute malware, unwanted software, forced downloads or deceptive redirects.
- Promote illegal offers or products and services that are illegal where they are marketed, including fraudulent schemes and unlicensed regulated products.
- Send spam: unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messages, or comment and forum spam.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or post content that sexualises minors, incites violence or harasses people.
- Generate fake clicks or conversions, or defraud advertisers, networks or traffic sources.
- Overload, probe or attack the service, get around plan limits (for example with multiple free accounts), or resell the service without our written agreement.
Enforcement. We may check link destinations and we investigate reports. We may pause links, block destinations, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, with or without notice, especially where a link puts visitors or our shared tracking domains at risk. Where we can, we will tell you what happened and let you fix it. Accounts closed for breaking this policy are not refunded. Report abuse to [email protected].
5. Your responsibilities
- Follow the laws that apply to you and the policies of the ad platforms, networks and payment providers you use.
- Tell visitors about tracking on your links and websites and get consent where the law requires it.
- Only send us data you have the right to share.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into ClickMesh and the data we collect for you. You give us permission to process it to run, secure and support the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export reports as CSV at any time. After your account closes we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy. Contact us if you need a data processing agreement.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ClickMesh available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and there is no uptime commitment unless we agree one in writing. We may change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we will give notice and you may cancel.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that tracking will be complete or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost ad spend or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Have a lawyer review this section for the governing law.]
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. We may pause the links of free accounts that have not been used for 90 days, after warning you by email.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
[Governing law and courts to be decided.]
